• Developing and facilitating strategic learning & development programs that drive new hire retention and productivity.
• Lead ILT and VILT sessions and report on retention, KPIs and proficiency to leadership.
• Create and maintain high-quality training materials (agendas, lesson plans, coaching decks) for effective programs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers, Learning Designers and Content Curators to ensure materials align with business strategies.
• Provide timely leadership feedback and coaching opportunities during observations.
• Participate in leadership meetings to advise on learning opportunities and proficiency improvements.
