Job summary

Ans is seeking a Lead in Learning, Development & Innovation (LDI) to translate department strategy into actionable plans, scalable solutions, and high-quality deliverables. You will own day-to-day advancement of programs and represent LDI in cross-functional settings.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, adaptable, and capable of guiding initiatives with incomplete information, making decisions, challenging assumptions, and shaping solutions while aligning with the LDI Manager on major directions.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and delivering learning programs across multiple formats.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and organizational change.
• Strong project-management and stakeholder-management skills.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled learning approaches and analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of training programs and learning pathways.
• Translate organizational needs into practical learning solutions and scalable content.
• Research new subject areas and develop credible learning solutions when knowledge is limited.
• Partner with leaders and SMEs to capture and convert knowledge into engaging content.
• Support onboarding, leadership development, and knowledge sharing initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve learning delivery and employee experiences.
