Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Lead, Learning Development & Innovation to translate strategy into actionable learning programs and scalable solutions. You will own day-to-day advancement of programs and represent LDI across cross-functional settings.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable with incomplete information, making informed decisions, challenging assumptions, and shaping solutions while aligning with the LDI Manager on priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in learning and development or related field, 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects from concept through implementation.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of training programs and learning pathways.
• Translate organizational needs into practical learning solutions and performance-support resources.
• Research emerging topics and develop credible learning solutions when internal expertise is limited.
• Partner with leaders and SMEs to capture and convert knowledge into scalable content.
• Lead pilots and adoption of AI-enabled learning approaches and measure impact.
