Job summary

ICF is seeking a Learning & Development Capability Partner to translate organizational priorities into practical learning solutions that are embedded in the flow of work. You will lead design and evaluation of scalable programs, aligning skills frameworks with enterprise strategy and technology platforms.

You will collaborate with leaders, SMEs, and stakeholders to identify capability gaps, define skill expectations, and guide capability development across multiple disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Learning and Development or a related field is required.
• 8+ years of experience in learning and development, talent development, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, professional services consulting, workforce development, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Translate organizational priorities, workforce capability needs, and emerging skill requirements into practical, skill-driven learning and performance solutions.
• Lead the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of learning solutions that are practical, scalable, and embedded in the flow of work.
• Connect learning programs, skills frameworks, technology platforms, and workforce priorities into a cohesive enterprise capability-development strategy.
• Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to identify capability gaps and define skill expectations.
