Intuit Inc. seeks a Senior Capability Partner to bridge business strategy and learning impact. You will translate ambiguous demand into prioritized, measurable investments that move performance and growth.

You will advise senior leaders across enterprise, own the demand-to-delivery relationship, and ensure every learning initiative lands on time, with quality and measurable ROI. Expect executive briefs, stakeholder updates, and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a learning & development, talent, organizational effectiveness, or strategic HR business partner role — with clear evidence of working directly with senior business leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into learning or performance solutions and measure their impact.
• Experience building and managing stakeholder relationships at the Director level and above.
• Strong written communication skills — ability to write an executive brief, a stakeholder update, and a business case without significant editing.
• Comfort with data: you can pull, read, and synthesize metrics into a coherent narrative, and you know which numbers matter to a business leader vs. a learning professional.
• Experience managing a portfolio or roadmap of parallel workstreams across a complex organization.

Responsibilities

• Own the full arc from needs identification to ROI reporting, tying every learning investment to a defined performance metric before a solution is designed.
• Translate program data into business language: productivity, revenue impact, time to proficiency, retention, so results resonate with senior leaders, not just learning teams.
• Serve as your segment's primary advocate inside the learning function, converting priorities and workforce risk into a prioritized, rolling demand roadmap.
• Spot capability gaps before they become performance problems, recommending interventions ahead of crisis rather than in response to it.
• Manage your portfolio end-to-end, holding business stakeholders and the learning supply chain accountable to their commitments.
• Surface risk early and lead with solutions, keeping delivery on time and at the quality bar leaders expect.
• Turn complex initiatives into decision-ready briefs and MBR content that drive leaders toward action. No jargon, no filler.
• Build a steady drumbeat of updates that keeps stakeholders confident and informed without needing to chase you.
• Be the trusted advisor by diagnosing root causes and representing the function as a strategic partner, not a service bureau.
