Job summary

Oscar is seeking an experienced Medical Affairs Project Manager to oversee KOL/HCP engagements, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors. The role emphasizes hands-on lifecycle ownership from planning through execution and closeout, ensuring timely deliverables and executive visibility.

The ideal candidate will adeptly manage multiple engagements, drive processes, and maintain strategic consulting plans while collaborating with contracting, legal, and compliance partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in Medical Affairs, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences environments.
• Experience managing KOL/HCP engagements, advisory boards, consulting programs, or congress activities.
• Strong experience coordinating with contracting, legal, compliance, vendors, and Medical Affairs teams.
• Ability to build and maintain detailed project plans, dashboards, trackers, timelines, and executive-level reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leadership and external healthcare professionals.
• Hands-on project manager who has owned the operational lifecycle of KOL/HCP engagements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an executive-level dashboard for KOL/HCP activities and engagements.
• Own project plans, trackers, timelines, and workflows across consulting activities.
• Coordinate with contracting, legal, and compliance teams to initiate and execute consulting agreements.
• Manage KOL/HCP outreach, scheduling, and follow-up as the primary operational liaison.
• Maintain annual consulting plans reflecting planned, scheduled, and completed activities.
• Monitor consultant utilization and contractual commitments to ensure proper use.
