Oscar Health is seeking an Associate Director of Corporate Events to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of high-impact experiences that engage employees, brokers, partners, and industry leaders. Based in New York with a hybrid schedule and in-office Thursdays, this role reports to the Senior Director, Corporate Marketing.

You will collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Communications, Partnerships, and Leadership to reflect Oscar’s mission and values in every event, driving brand elevation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Public Relations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Set a unified corporate events strategy aligned with Oscar’s brand and business priorities.
• Advise senior leadership on event positioning and audience experience to drive business impact.
• Oversee flagship events including conferences, Investor Day, and VIP Broker events.
• Lead full event lifecycle from concept to post-event analysis with measurable ROI.
• Manage budgets, vendor sourcing, negotiations, and contract management.
