TJ Consulting Group seeks an experienced Knowledge/Information Manager to provide onsite KM and IM support to U.S. SECOND Fleet (C2F) in Norfolk, Virginia.

The role partners with the KMO, Chief of Staff, and command personnel to execute KM strategy and maintain staff processes for shared understanding and informed decision-making. The position combines KM, SharePoint/Microsoft 365 development, battle rhythm management, training, and process improvement, using SharePoint, Teams, CAS, and M365 to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related discipline.
• SharePoint Developer certification or at least three years of SharePoint development experience.
• Ten years minimum coordinating administrative, program and technical personnel.
• Experience with KM program development and management.

Responsibilities

• Support the C2F KMO and Chief of Staff in KM strategy execution and improvement.
• Develop requirements for KM-related tools and solutions for Fleet HQ operations.
• Design and maintain SharePoint, Teams, 365, CAS and related platforms.
• Manage C2F battle rhythm, calendars, and Staff/Cross-Functional Teams.
• Assist daily management of C2F calendars and approve room resources.
• Deliver KM training and develop training guides and SOPs.
• Support KM processes documentation and stakeholder input.
• Provide troubleshooting for collaboration tools and information management capabilities.
• Coordinate with Government leadership, military personnel and partners.
