Job summary

Phoenix Group of Virginia seeks a Knowledge Manager in Bremerton, WA, to provide on-site/off-site knowledge management support to CT1 Community Leaders, and to help plan and execute all aspects of the knowledge management process, including facilitating KM events and coordinating related activities.

The role also involves staff support for CT1 programs and Carrier Project Teams, arranging KMCoP and 3LG face-to-face meetings, per notes travel up to 12 trips per year, and ensuring compliance with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management or technical management with 3 years CVN availability planning experience.
• Associate's degree with 5 years related experience.
• 5 years KM experience plus 7 years CVN availability experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site/off-site KM support to CT1 leaders and assist in planning and execution of KM processes.
• Assist in planning and facilitation of KM events (KMCoP, 3LG, CT1 Annual Community Event).
• Provide staff support to CT1 program and Carrier Project Teams.
• Travel up to 12 trips per year to meet program needs.
