Job summary

Knowledge Manager role at Phoenix Group of Virginia seeks a experienced professional to provide on-site and off-site knowledge management support to CT1 Community Leaders, coordinating planning and execution of KM processes and events.

Responsibilities include staff support to the CT1 program and Carrier Project Teams, coordinating KMCoP and Leadership Group meetings, and travel up to 12 trips per year. Requires U.S. SECRET clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management or technical management with 3 years related experience.
• Alternate: Associate's degree with 5 years related experience.
• 5+ years in knowledge management and CVN availability planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site/off-site KM support to CT1 leaders in planning and execution of KM processes.
• Support KM events such as KMCoP and 3LG meetings and the CT1 annual event.
• Provide staff support to the CT1 program and Carrier Project Teams.
