Job summary

Strategic Ventures Consulting Group is seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist to support our team onsite at Fort Meade, MD. The role focuses on developing and enhancing collaborative tools and business solutions to improve information sharing, workflow efficiency, and mission support across MARFORCYBER.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Knowledge Management, cybersecurity, data analysis, SharePoint, or a related technical field.
• Active TS/SCI/CI Poly security clearance required - Poly must be within 5 years.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, or similar tools.
• Strong technical aptitude with an interest in learning Knowledge Management practices and Microsoft Power Platform capabilities.
• Ability to understand operational requirements and develop practical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and other knowledge management solutions.
• Build and enhance workflows and applications using Power Automate, Power Apps, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
• Create Power BI dashboards and reports that improve visibility and support operational decision-making.
• Work directly with stakeholders to identify requirements and develop practical technology solutions.
• Improve and automate business processes, information sharing, and data accessibility.
• Support SharePoint administration, permissions, troubleshooting, and ongoing site maintenance.
• Maintain documentation for applications, workflows, configurations, and processes.
• Ensure solutions meet applicable DoD cybersecurity, information management, and MARFORCYBER requirements.
