Job summary

Phoenix Group of Virginia seeks a Knowledge Management Specialist to provide on-site/off-site KM support to CT1 leaders, coordinating planning and execution of CVN availabilities at public/private shipyards. Responsibilities include staff support for CT1 programs and Carrier Project Teams, plus travel to meet obligations.

Required are degrees in business/technical management and extensive KM experience at shipyards, with eligibility for U.S. SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

• 3 years professional experience directly involved in planning and execution of CVN availabilities.
• 5 years professional experience in Knowledge Management and 7 years in CVN availabilities.
• Certifications: NONE (not required)

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site/off-site knowledge management support to CT1 leaders and assist in planning/execution of knowledge management processes.
• Support events/meetings such as KMCoP Face to Face, 3LG Face to Face, CT1 Annual Community Event.
• Travel up to 12 trips per year for meetings and site visits.
