• Develop and maintain knowledge management policies, processes, and systems.

• Serve as transformation agent for internal/external KM initiatives.
• Maintain organizational websites/portals and develop Power Apps within MS Teams.
• Support leadership with change management and process/tool recommendations.
• Educate employees on KM processes and tools and benefits.
• Gather business requirements and design KM sites and software integrations.
• Develop reports, executive briefs, and decision documentation.
