Job summary

Astrion seeks a Knowledge Manager at Hanscom AFB, MA to support the C3BM division with enterprise KM solutions using M365, SharePoint, and Power Platform. You will lead governance, metadata, and data handling across programs and briefs for senior leaders.

Responsibilities include designing KM architectures, managing SharePoint sites, and developing automated workflows and dashboards. Requires TS clearance, US citizenship, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field; 3+ years in DoD or similar sector preferred.
• Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility; US citizenship required.
• Strong knowledge of KM with MS Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise KM solutions using M365 across the organization.
• Design and manage SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists, metadata, and workflows to improve information accessibility.
• Provide briefings on Knowledge Management best practices to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Program Managers, Engineers, Acquisition professionals and SMEs to capture, organize, document, and disseminate technical data.
• Develop automated workflows, dashboards, trackers, and digital tools using PowerApps/BI or other tools as appropriate.
