Job summary

Astrion seeks a Knowledge Manager to lead enterprise KM initiatives at Hanscom AFB, MA within the C3BM division. The role focuses on developing, implementing, and maintaining KM solutions using M365, SharePoint, and Power Platform, with a Top Secret clearance.

You will design information architectures, coordinate with program managers and engineers, and deliver briefings to senior leadership while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced government environment.

Qualifications

• Must have Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
• US citizenship is required
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field with 3+ years of DoD experience

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain enterprise-wide KM solutions utilizing M365.
• Design and Manage SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists, metadata, content types, permissions, workflows, and architectures to improve information accessibility and reuse.
• Provide briefings on Knowledge Management Best Practices
• Partner with Program Managers, Engineers, Acquisition professionals and SMEs to capture, organize, document and disseminate technical and programmatic data
• Develop automated workflows, dashboards, trackers, and digital tools using PowerApps/BI or other tools as appropriate
