Job summary

KBR is seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist in Beavercreek, Ohio to serve as a key operations integrator for acquisition efforts. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10 years related experience.
• Experience with DoW/DAF Records Management policies and ERM.
• Advanced proficiency in DAF365 tools: SharePoint Online and Teams.
• Proven KM strategies, taxonomies, and information architecture.
• Experience tracking action items and coordinating documentation for oversight boards.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with SAP eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Execute records management programs in compliance with DoD directives.
• Develop KM strategies, taxonomies and SOPs to enable information flow.
• Architect and manage DAF365 environments (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive).
• Oversee Jira and Confluence integration with DoW/DAF systems.
• Identify bottlenecks and train personnel on KM tools and secure data handling.
• Support action item tracking and leadership-ready documentation.
