Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist to join the Enterprise Business & Contracts Section in Beavercreek, Ohio. The role focuses on records management, information architecture, and secure collaboration across DoD-bound platforms.

You will serve as the DAF365 SME, manage SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive, and drive knowledge sharing while ensuring compliance with IL5 security constraints. On-site within a dynamic defense environment. Travel is minimal; core hours apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of experience in information management, KM, or related field.
• Experience with DoW/DAF Records Management policies and ERM.
• Advanced proficiency with DAF365 tools (SharePoint Online, Teams) within DoD security.
• Experience developing KM strategies, taxonomies, and information architecture.
• Experience tracking action items and coordinating documentation for oversight boards.
• Must have TS/SCI clearance with SAP eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee records management programs compliant with DoD directives.
• Develop KM strategies and information taxonomies.
• Architect and manage DAF365 SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Coordinate Jira and Confluence workflows for DoW/DAF systems.
• Train personnel on KM tools and secure data handling procedures.
• Support leadership with decision-support data and action-item tracking.
