Job summary

RedSky LLC in the United States seeks a Senior Enterprise Leader to advance DoD knowledge management, information sharing, collaboration, data, and digital capabilities across complex programs.

You will work directly with senior military and civilian leaders, shaping strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and translating requirements into executable solutions to improve operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required with ability to obtain/maintain U.S. passport.
• PMP or comparable program management certification preferred for leadership roles.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams supporting senior leaders.
• Strong written and verbal communication with operational, technical, and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise knowledge management, collaboration, data, and digital modernization initiatives.
• Interface with government leadership, stakeholders, and distributed users.
• Manage personnel, schedules, priorities, risks, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate work across HQs, subordinate locations, and mission partners.
• Translate business requirements into executable technical or process solutions.
• Support organizational change, training, and adoption of new capabilities.
