Job summary

Acumen Fiscal Agent is seeking a Senior Knowledge Manager to lead the enterprise knowledge function across 120 programs in 35 states. You will define knowledge strategy, ownership, and governance, and drive documentation standards aligned with product releases and AI-enabled improvements.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, cross-functional influence, and accountability without direct authority, with a focus on scalable knowledge standards and measurable health metrics across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7–10 years progressive experience in knowledge management, content strategy, or enablement.
• Experience owning a knowledge management program or governance model.

Responsibilities

• Define and own enterprise knowledge management strategy and roadmap, including AI-enabled discovery and reuse.
• Design and implement the knowledge governance model with ownership, review cycles, and controls.
• Define documentation ownership across Product, Operational teams, and Training.
• Coach owners to author and maintain knowledge to enterprise standards.
• Establish enterprise standards for authoring, taxonomy, and information architecture.
