Job summary

Katmai is seeking a skilled information management professional to design, develop, and sustain the AFSFC SharePoint environment, SMARTNet, and related websites. The role focuses on lifecycle management from creation through retention and disposition, within a Government-furnished Microsoft 365 environment.

You will lead the development of an AI strategy, coordinate with AFIMSC Public Affairs and historians, and ensure QA/testing across all digital products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience at HQ Air Force/MAJCOM or equivalent staff agency.
• Strong knowledge of relationships between USAF/AFIMSC and DoD/Government agencies.
• Ability to translate analyses into senior leader briefs and briefings.
• Hands-on administration and development with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and sustain SharePoint, SMARTNet, and websites for Security Forces personnel and AFSFC officers.
• Perform daily onsite maintenance of information repositories and publish content within contractual timelines.
• Develop and publish strategic communication products quarterly in line with leadership goals.
• Manage the complete information lifecycle per governing directives.
• Coordinate content updates with Public Affairs, museums, and historians.
• Execute testing and quality control across the content lifecycle.
