Job summary

Corvus Consulting, LLC is seeking an Information & Content Manager (ICM) to lead as the primary process facilitator and provide knowledge-management and hands-on SharePoint administration to support HQDA DAMO-SOC divisions. The role emphasizes organizing content, maintaining clean digital workspaces, streamlining workflows, and leveraging Army enterprise platforms for efficiency.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Knowledge Management, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of SharePoint administration or knowledge-management experience within DoD or Army environments.
• Experience designing, managing, and maintaining SharePoint site collections and Microsoft Teams environments; managing permissions, content workflows, SOPs.
• Ability to travel in support of DAMO-SOC requirements as needed.
• Ability to perform approved remote work from home on government-provided classified systems when requested and authorized.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the hands-on primary administrator for all DAMO-SOC SharePoint site collections and Microsoft Teams environments.
• Build and maintain structured folder architectures, manage user permissions and access controls, and ensure files are organized, secure, and easily searchable.
• Ensure data organization, version control, naming conventions, and SOP development across the division.
• Maintain and update organizational distribution lists and access structures.
• Identify bottlenecks in existing workflows and propose improvements or automated solutions.
• Provide flexible technical and process support to other divisions during peak surges or initiatives.
• Assist with visitor control and escort duties and serve as a physical security coordinator when needed.
