Job summary

DPR Construction is hiring a Key Customer Account Sales Representative to manage and grow select customer accounts in the construction sector. You will partner with customers to understand needs and deliver tailored sales solutions, aligning with project timelines and service expectations.

In this role, you will coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment, service delivery, and issue resolution, while applying construction industry knowledge to strengthen customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles.
• 2–3+ years of construction supply and rental equipment knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison for assigned key accounts and build long-term relationships.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow account value.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure procurement, delivery, and billing accuracy.
• Track account performance and identify additional partnership opportunities.
• Advocate for customers and resolve service or delivery issues.
