Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years aerospace experience in roles like Customer Service Representative, Program/Project Manager, Lead Engineer or Production Manager.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with MRP systems and production scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Report on and drive profitability of existing contracts.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and monitor profitable contracts.
• Develop and maintain relationships at various customer levels and drive program performance.
• Prepare monthly updates and client presentations; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
