Job summary

Cargotec Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented customer service professional to provide confidential administrative support, invoicing, and related clerical tasks in support of Hiab Services in Illinois.

The role requires 3+ years of customer service experience, AP familiarity with Basware, and strong data-entry accuracy. Experience with SAP is a plus in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years customer service experience.
• Accounts Payable knowledge with Basware.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Excellent data-entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Process-oriented and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily invoicing in line with customer requirements and investigate billing issues.
• Process expense reports for technicians in area of responsibility.
• Open, receive, and process purchase orders with Store@Hiab.
• Collaborate with Service Team Leads on open orders and PMs for invoicing.
• Assist with equipment adds and partner function updates for service region.
• Support customer surveys in Salesforce.

Your mission

To provide efficient, confidential and professional customer service, administrative clerical support, and invoicing in support of Hiab Services.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily invoicing in line with relevant customer requirements, and investigate billing issues, process credits and rebills
• Process expense reports for technicians in area of responsibility
• Open, receive, and process purchase orders with Store@Hiab
• Collaborate with Service Team Leads on open orders and PMs in preparation for invoicing
• Request equipment adds & partner function updates as necessary to support the service business in assigned region
• Provide support in responding to customer surveys in Salesforce

What we are looking for
