Job summary

Southeast Restoration Group (SRG) is seeking a highly driven Key Account Manager to develop, grow, and manage strategic commercial accounts and referral partnerships. You will serve as a trusted advisor, connecting client needs with SRG’s restoration expertise and delivering an exceptional experience from initial relationship development through emergency response and project completion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and retain strategic commercial accounts and referral relationships.
• Serve as the primary relationship manager and trusted advisor for assigned Key Accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams during property losses to support rapid mobilization.
• Monitor client needs, provide updates, and ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor pipeline activity.
