Job summary

Southeast Restoration Group (SRG) is seeking a driven Operations Manager to lead our Production Department and develop toward broader operational responsibility within the location. This role combines restoration expertise with strong business acumen and financial discipline.

Working with the General Manager, you will guide project performance from turnover to closeout, manage budgets, and mentor a team of Project Managers and production staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, operations, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in restoration, construction, property services, or related operational environment.
• Experience leading a production, project management, construction, restoration, or operations team.
• Strong restoration industry knowledge, including reconstruction processes and insurance-related claims.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, job costing, revenue management, and financial decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate leadership and oversight to the Production Department, setting priorities and accountability.
• Oversee restoration projects from turnover through completion, ensuring safety and quality.
• Maintain understanding of departmental financial performance: revenue, gross profit, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
• Partner with the General Manager to plan staffing, processes, and scalable growth.
