Job summary

Southeast Restoration Group (SRG) is seeking a driven Operations Manager to lead the Production Department and grow into broader operational leadership. You will partner with the General Manager to align programs with growth plans, coach Project Managers, and manage budgets, profitability, and client expectations.

The role emphasizes hands-on project leadership, strong financial discipline, and the development of scalable processes in a faith-based, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education or higher in a related field with leadership potential.
• Proven capability to drive financial performance and project profitability.
• Experience leading production, project management, or restoration teams.
• Strong knowledge of restoration processes, claims, and workflows.
• Proficiency with Xactimate and related job-management tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate leadership to the Production Department and set priorities.
• Oversee projects from turnover through completion, ensuring safety and quality.
• Manage departmental revenue, gross profit, WIP, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Partner with General Manager on planning, staffing, and scalable processes.
• Coach and develop project managers and production staff.
• Establish measurable goals and monitor performance and timelines.
• Oversee resource use, trade partners, and vendor management.
• Ensure client care, documentation, and communications meet SRG standards.
• Drive process improvements for efficiency and profitability.
