JLB, part of Advantage Solutions, is seeking a Key Account Manager II to lead growth for assigned brands at Target. You will manage trade funds, optimize promotion plans, and coordinate with buyers, category managers, and replenishment teams to drive distribution and sales.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years in retail/CPG account management, strong presentation skills, and the ability to collaborate across functions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of experience in retail, CPG, account management, agency, or broker.
• Strong sales presentation and development skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of syndicated data.

Aufgaben

• Drive our clients’ business at assigned customer, increasing distribution and sales while managing spend.
• Ensure retail/merchandising execution and basic eCommerce activity.
• Meet budgets by implementing promotional and marketing strategies.
• Analyze trends to identify growth opportunities and advise clients.
• Monitor promotional spend to avoid overspend and maximize efficiency.
