Job summary

United Rentals, the world's largest equipment rental provider, is seeking a Sales Rep - Key Account Manager (KAM) to maximize revenue from facilities and construction sites within a defined portfolio. You will generate new business, cross-sell across units, and manage pipelines to hit targets across multiple districts.

You will work with a team to identify opportunities, present value-driven proposals, and build lasting client relationships through superior service and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven sales ability in transactional and relationship selling.
• Ability to read and understand industry publications and documents.
• Knowledge of construction equipment and applications.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximize revenue from assigned facilities and construction sites.
• Generate new business and cross-sell with other units.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and metrics.
• Develop and maintain revenue pipeline across districts.
• Identify and track new customers and opportunities.
• Present solution proposals to customers.
• Maintain long-term relationships through superior service and professionalism.
• Collaborate with other KAMs to identify national or government accounts.
