Job summary

Builders FirstSource, America's largest building materials supplier, seeks an experienced Account Manager to deepen relationships with major regional and national accounts.

You will represent BFS to key customers, determine evolving needs, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services. A Bachelor's degree and 6 years of sales experience are preferred, with a track record in growing large accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or related field and six (6) years sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and related experience

Responsibilities

• Represents the company to assigned key accounts. Interacts and communicates with the customer on a regular basis to determine changing needs and preferences. Communicates competitive advantage to customer contacts.
• Follows up to ensure that product and service requirements are fulfilled on a timely basis.
• Identifies issues and potential concerns with the relationship and works to rectify. Investigates to resolve customer complaints within established guidelines or escalates to management for resolution.
