Job summary

Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operations products, is seeking a Key Account Executive for a hybrid role based in San Antonio, TX. You will focus on larger or multi-location accounts and partner with local sales reps to grow those relationships.

Responsibilities include strategic account planning, relationship management across the territory, and driving sales through proven programs, with performance tracked in our systems and rewards tied to growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of strategic selling experience.
• Ability to move to and from customer locations and meetings within the territory as needed.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in the designated territory and with the local sales team.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Reach out to potential large customers to grow the book of business.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plan weeks in advance to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
• Market Knowledge: Demonstrate products and emphasize value and quality of offerings; focus on American-made products.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales quotas using company programs and training.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in company systems.
