Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of strategic selling experience.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations within the territory and attend company meetings.
• Ability to execute Employment Agreement or revised exhibit(s) as provided.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers in the designated territory with the local sales team.
• Effectively cold call on potential large customers to grow the book of business.
• Plan week in advance to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
• Demonstrate product value to potential customers and emphasize American-made products.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas by following the company’s sales programs and processes.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities and report cost-savings to customers.
