The ideal candidate has 3+ years of outside sales or account management experience, strong communication, and a willingness to travel overnight within the territory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3+ years outside sales or account management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to travel overnight as needed.

Responsibilities

• Educate, instruct and upsell all assigned accounts in territory.
• Liaise between client and Labcorp operations for client needs.
• Provide ongoing service and problem resolution to customers.
• Ensure customer retention with superior service.
• Recommend client-focused solutions to drive growth.
• Manage client day-to-day operations and inquiries.
• Upsell current book of business to increase revenue.
• Collaborate with senior sales reps to grow book of business.
• Provide educational materials to clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly retention and upsell goals.
