Job summary

Comet Technologies USA, Inc. in San José, CA is seeking a Key Account Director for the Plasma Control Technologies division.

You will manage strategic relationships with a key semiconductor equipment customer, develop plans to increase design wins, and grow market share while leading a team of direct and matrixed members. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in sales leadership, a BS in engineering, and MBA is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for key customers.
• Build and maintain C-suite relationships with senior executives.
• Lead account management team and drive revenue growth.
• Develop pricing strategies and lead contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day risks and serve as escalation point for customer relations.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and new product introductions.
• Prepare quarterly account reviews and forecasts.
• Collaborate with Product, BD, R&D and Operations to align projects.
