Job summary

Comet Technologies USA, Inc. in San Jose is seeking an RF System Design Manager to lead as the main technical interface with customers, defining engineering requirements and fostering strong relationships.

You will drive development of high-power RF solutions for plasma power delivery, coordinate with engineering teams, and guide product industrialization and opportunities for growth, with a focus on innovative, safe, and efficient RF systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with RF power delivery systems and direct customer interaction.
• Expertise in plasma high-power RF delivery systems and plasma measurement systems is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering with an emphasis on RF or equivalent technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Manage as the key technical interface with customers to determine engineering requirements and build relationships.
• Interface with development teams and project management.
• Develop innovative high-power RF solutions for plasma power delivery and auto-match products.
• Drive multiple product development efforts and transition impedance matching networks into production.
• Guide application engineers to develop new opportunities for products.
• Other duties as assigned.
