Comet Technologies USA, Inc. in San José, California, seeks a Strategic Customer Program Manager to lead complex customer programs and cross-functional teams from engineering to operations.

This role reports to the VP of Product Management and Marketing and focuses on delivering programs on time, within scope, and within budget. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in engineering/physics, end-to-end program management in semiconductor or related fields, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• End-to-end program management experience in Engineering or R&D.
• Proven collaboration with stakeholders (client/internal) to align plans.
• Strong verbal and written communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex customer engagement or programs under VP supervision.
• Lead cross-functional core team to develop program timelines.
• Drive program execution to meet milestones and business objectives.
• Identify roadblocks and implement counter measures.
• Develop risk mitigation plans and escalate issues as needed.
• Interface with regulatory and customer resources to meet requirements.
• Communicate objectives and status across the organization.
• Track and forecast projects for new product positioning and growth.
