Job summary

Comet Group is seeking a seasoned Key Account Director for the Plasma Control Technologies division in San Jose, CA. You will lead strategic relationships with a key semiconductor equipment customer, drive design wins, and grow market share in RF subsystems.

The role requires deep industry knowledge, strong leadership, and a track record of revenue growth. You will mentor the account team and coordinate with Product, BD, and Operations to align internal projects with customer needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in Sales Account Management or Sales leadership.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-management abilities.
• Experience in semiconductor/RF technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow revenue and profitability for the assigned account.
• Build long-term relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive opportunities and pricing strategies.
• Provide accurate revenue forecasts and manage risks for the account.
• Mentor and develop the account management team.
