Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Training & Communications Leader for ITC to establish and drive the organization’s learning strategy, capability development, and communications. This role partners with Compliance, risk, and site leadership to embed regulatory requirements into business operations and translate them into bespoke, risk-based training solutions tailored to diverse sites and units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with relevant experience per minimum qualifications.
• Associates degree plus 10+ years or high school diploma plus 12+ years experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead risk-based ITC training and capability development strategy.
• Define critical technical/functional capabilities; assess gaps and develop strategies.
• Lead bespoke training strategies tailored to sites and business units.
• Partner with Central Compliance to establish enterprise standards and governance for ITC training.
• Collaborate to strengthen development strategies across enterprise.
• Leverage compliance data and feedback to inform priorities and improvements.
• Lead integrated ITC communications strategy to drive awareness and adoption of priorities.
• Establish governance, standards, and metrics for training and communications.
