Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks a Risk Management Leader – International Trade Compliance to develop and execute an ITC risk framework and deliver an integrated view of trade compliance risk across the company. The role partners with the Central Compliance organization and reports to the Senior Director – Programs & Operations Leader, ITC.

Responsibilities include leading enterprise ITC risk assessments, establishing dashboards, and driving mitigation actions across geographies. Requires U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of professional experience OR Associates with 12 years OR High School Diploma with 14 years of professional experience
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in international trade compliance, regulatory compliance, enterprise risk management, internal controls, audit or related discipline
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the enterprise ITC risk management framework, methodology, and governance model.
• Integrate inputs from various ITC risk sources into the enterprise ITC risk profile.
• Monitor corrective actions from investigations, audits and disclosures to ensure completion and effective deployment.
• Assess mitigation effectiveness and provide visibility into risk reduction.
• Partner with ITC leadership to inform priorities, remediation actions, and control improvements.
• Establish consistent risk-based decision-making criteria and escalation mechanisms.
