Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Training & Communications Leader for ITC to establish and lead learning, capability development, and communications strategies in partnership with Central Compliance and ITC leadership. This role will embed trade compliance into business operations and decision-making.

The Senior Leader will design a risk-based, role-specific training framework and an integrated communications program to drive awareness, adoption, and measurable improvements across the enterprise,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of professional experience OR Associate degree with 10+ years OR High School Diploma with 12+ years of professional experience
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in compliance training, learning and development, communications, international trade compliance, or related discipline
• Experience developing enterprise-wide learning or communications strategies within a complex global organization
• Proven ability to align learning, communications, and development strategies to regulatory requirements and business priorities
• Strong program management, stakeholder management, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead a comprehensive, risk-based ITC training and capability development strategy aligned with regulatory requirements, business priorities, and risk profile
• Define critical technical and functional capabilities; assess gaps and develop targeted development strategies
• Lead bespoke training strategies tailored to sites and business units
• Partner with Central Compliance to establish enterprise standards and governance for ITC training
• Partner with Extended Network Leader to strengthen ITC requirement execution
• Partner with ITC Risk Manager to leverage data and trends to inform training priorities
• Lead an integrated ITC communications strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption
• Establish governance, standards, and performance measures for training and communications
