Job summary

GE Aerospace in the United States seeks a Risk Management Leader – International Trade Compliance to develop and run an ITC risk management framework, partnering with Compliance and ITC leadership to deliver governance, analytics, and reporting across the enterprise.

You will identify emerging risks, monitor mitigation, and provide visibility to senior leaders on risk trends, mitigation progress, and escalation needs; a discretionary bonus may apply based on base salary and plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 10 years of professional experience or higher
• Minimum 8 years in international trade compliance or related field
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the enterprise ITC risk management framework, methodology, and governance model
• Integrate inputs into the enterprise ITC risk profile and monitor corrective actions
• Partner with ITC leadership to inform priorities, remediation actions, and control improvements
• Define risk criteria, thresholds, and escalation mechanisms for consistent decision-making
• Establish dashboards and reporting for leaders on significant risks and trends
