Job summary

Radiology Partners seeks an IT Vendor Management professional to partner with IT leadership and strengthen governance, contract management, financial oversight, and executive reporting across a diverse technology vendor portfolio. You will manage vendor relationships, track KPIs, ensure contractual compliance, and drive issue resolution.

Support contract lifecycle activities such as pricing evaluations, renewal planning, and procurement, and develop vendor scorecards to provide actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, with 3–5 years of IT vendor management experience preferred.
• Experience in vendor relationship management, contract negotiations, performance monitoring, risk assessment, and renewal management.
• Strong ability to evaluate vendors, develop performance metrics, and provide strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; cross-functional collaboration.
• Self-directed, adaptable, with strong organizational skills; certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with IT leadership to strengthen vendor governance and reporting.
• Manage vendor relationships and performance with KPI tracking.
• Support contract lifecycle activities including pricing, renewal planning, and procurement.
• Develop vendor scorecards and metrics to inform data-driven decisions across IT, Finance, Legal, and Procurement.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
