Job summary

Collabera in the United States is seeking an experienced Vendor Manager to oversee strategic IT vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive performance and cost optimization. This hybrid role requires coordination with IT leadership, Procurement, and Legal to align vendor agreements with business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience required.
• 10+ years of vendor management or related field experience.
• Experience negotiating contracts and managing vendor performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic IT vendor relationships, contracts, and compliance.
• Lead vendor pricing, commercial, and contract negotiations with IT leadership and Procurement.
• Develop and monitor SLAs, performance metrics, and vendor scorecards.
• Lead vendor selection, sourcing initiatives, and RFP processes.
• Partner with Legal to negotiate, finalize, and manage vendor agreements.
• Oversee vendor onboarding, invoicing, credits, penalties, and payment coordination.
