Responsibilities

• Manage relationships between the organization and external vendors.
• Administer contracts with hardware and software vendors.
• Gather and maintain knowledge of the external marketplace, serving as an internal resource on vendor offerings and options.
• Interact with vendors to resolve escalated issues and plan for future software releases.
• Resolve complaints, process adjustments, and correct errors related to a defined set of products, services, or vendor issues.
• Monitor vendor performance and progress against complex statements of work.
• Manage statements of work for contracted labor.
• Conduct simple negotiations with established vendors.
