Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years negotiating and managing technology contracts.
• Experience drafting, redlining, negotiating, and finalizing technology agreements.
• Experience coordinating contract reviews with attorneys or in-house legal departments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technology contracts with IT leaders, contract owners, and finance staff.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors for technology products and services.
• Review agreements for business, financial, security, privacy, and SLAs.
• Coordinate legal review with Corporate Counsel and track revisions.
• Manage SaaS agreements, data-use terms, and master agreements.
• Monitor expirations and renewals and report outcomes to leadership.
• Identify cost savings through contract negotiations and improvements.
