Job summary

Calculated Hire, Eight Eleven Group’s flagship brand, is seeking a Recruiter to build talent networks and match qualified consultants with Fortune 500 clients. You will advocate for candidates, drive rapid placements, and ensure ongoing support through onboarding and post-placement stages.

You will collaborate with the sales team, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and guide candidates through the interview process, offering coaching and feedback to maximize success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to determine the client’s hiring needs.
• Help develop a strategy to identify niche-skilled candidates that meet expectations.
• Qualify candidates through an intensive internal interview process (phone, in-person, and virtual).
• Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best fit open positions.
• Provide resume coaching, mock interviewing, job offer assistance, and interview feedback.
• Handle a variety of activities daily and adapt to new challenges.
• Provide onboarding and post-placement support for consultants.
