Eight Eleven Group is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join Calculated Hire’s team in Chicago. You will build talent networks, screen candidates, and align skilled consultants with client opportunities to drive rapid placements.

Responsibilities include collaborating with the sales team to identify hiring needs, developing candidate-sourcing strategies, conducting multiple interview formats, coaching candidates, and providing onboarding support to ensure successful placements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to determine the client’s hiring needs.
• Develop a strategy to identify niche-skilled candidates that meet expectations.
• Qualify candidates through an intensive internal interview process (phone, in-person, virtual).
• Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best fit open positions.
• Provide resume coaching, mock interviews, and interview feedback to candidates.
• Handle daily activities and adapt to new challenges and ventures.
• Provide onboarding and post-placement support to consultants with client projects.
• Consistently hit weekly metrics for calls, interviews, and placements.
• Set personal and team goals with your manager and recruiter support.
