Qualifications

Proven success in business development, negotiation, and client relationship management within staffing or professional services.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to conduct a moderate volume of outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
Highly motivated by performance-based compensation.
Experience supporting staffing or talent solutions sales.

Responsibilities

Cultivate and expand client relationships through proactive outreach and consultative engagement.
Secure new client agreements and job orders to drive business growth.
Develop compelling candidate documentation to support client decision-making processes.
Collaborate with internal delivery teams to prioritize client orders and share specific requirements.
Negotiate contracts, rates, and solutions to meet client needs while maximizing revenue.
Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through white-glove, responsive service.
