Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients.

• Collaborate with recruiters to ensure candidate-client alignment.
• Identify opportunities for new business and account growth.
• Track and report client activity, progress, and job orders.
• Negotiate contract terms and fees aligned with company objectives.
• Stay updated on IT staffing trends and client needs.
