Job summary

Artech Information Systems LLC is seeking an Account Manager – Client Practice to expand strategic relationships with enterprise clients in IT staffing and consulting services. Locations preferred include Philadelphia, Dallas, McLean, and Charlotte.

You will hunt for opportunities, lead discovery conversations, and collaborate with delivery to ensure client satisfaction, with a base salary of $80K–$90K plus commission.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in IT staffing, consulting sales, or client management.
• Experience selling into enterprise clients is preferred.
• Proven track record of new business development and relationship growth.

Responsibilities

• Own and expand a defined Client portfolio with proactive outreach.
• Hunt for new opportunities using lists, data, and social networks.
• Drive consultative conversations to uncover project needs and gaps.
• Collaborate with delivery and recruiting to ensure satisfaction and fulfillment.
• Track activity and performance metrics to drive improvement.
• Build credibility with hiring managers and procurement teams toward strategic partnerships.
